I'm Val

I’ve had the privilege of helping over 10,000 women finally lose the weight — and feel like themselves again.

I am a boy mom & certified personal trainer, with a deep focus on postpartum recovery and core strength.

 

I created TRIM Boot Camp because I was tired of seeing women doing everything right — the early gym sessions, the clean eating, the hustle — and still not seeing results.

I know the frustration, because I lived it. I was following the old-school fitness rules — no carbs, hours of cardio, and punishing myself every time I “messed up.”
