What is TRIM Boot Camp?TRIM Boot Camp is a 7-week, all-inclusive health and fitness program designed to help you lose weight, build lean muscle, and create sustainable healthy habits—without extreme restrictions. The program focuses on: Nutrition: You’ll learn how to track macros, create balanced meals, and improve your eating habits without giving up your favorite foods. Workouts: We provide strength-based workout plans for all fitness levels, with variations for beginners, advanced participants, pregnancy, and postpartum. Accountability: You’ll have a Certified TRIM Trainer guiding you every step of the way, reviewing your nutrition daily, answering questions, and keeping you on track. Personalization: The program is customizable to your specific needs and goals, ensuring it works for everyone—from beginners to fitness enthusiasts. TRIM is all about creating long-term, sustainable changes in your lifestyle, without restrictive diets or hours of exercise. It’s a flexible, easy-to-follow program designed to fit into your life, while still delivering powerful results. (Postpartum women are able to do TRIM if they are released for light exercise from their doctor. Postpartum clients will have their own postpartum safe workouts)

Our trainers ensure you stay on track, even when life gets busy—that’s why our program is so successful. 7-week workout plan tailored for all fitness levels Macro meal plans. The TRIM App: Your hub for tracking food, calculating macros and calories, accessing program materials, and more. Bonus: There are workout series for beginners and postpartum clients.

Does it come with deep core exercises?Yes — and it’s one of the things that sets TRIM apart. Whether you’re postpartum, navigating menopause, or just want to feel stronger from the inside out, deep core work is built directly into the program. You’ll find targeted deep core exercises woven into the workouts, plus guided breathwork and activation to reconnect with your transverse abdominis (your body’s natural corset muscle). We don’t just throw in crunches and call it core — we teach you how to engage the right muscles for lasting strength, better posture, less bloating, and even a flatter-looking stomach. It’s a game changer — especially for women who’ve tried everything and still don’t “feel” their core. What are the workouts like?TRIM Boot Camp offers a variety of workouts tailored for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, advanced, or postpartum. We focus on strength training and functional movements to help you build lean muscle and burn fat efficiently. (PDF and ondemand videos) You’ll have access to: Beginner, Intermediate, designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely. (Advanced workouts will be waiting for you in VIP :) ) Pregnancy and Postpartum modifications to ensure you're working out safely while strengthening your body. Each workout can be completed in about 20-30 minutes, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Our workouts are designed to be challenging yet approachable, allowing you to build strength, lose weight, and increase your energy without overwhelming your body.

How strict is the program?TRIM is not about strict rules or restriction—it’s about building healthy habits that fit into your lifestyle. Our approach focuses on flexibility and sustainability, so you won’t be forced to follow rigid diets or intense workout schedules. No food restrictions: You won’t have to give up your favorite foods. Instead, we teach you how to balance your meals and hit your macro goals. Customizable for your lifestyle: You can start with small habits and add more as you go. If you're just getting started, you can focus on nutrition first and introduce workouts later. You’ll have the freedom to choose what works best for you. Personalized support: Your TRIM Trainer will work with you to customize your plan based on your goals, preferences, and schedule, so you're never forced to fit into a “one-size-fits-all” mold. TRIM is about making progress, not being perfect. We build habits that lead to long-term success and teach you how to enjoy life while reaching your goals.

Do I have to do the workouts to get results?Not necessarily. Many clients who are new to lifting weights focus on the nutrition side of the program during their first round. TRIM is a building block program, so you can add workouts and other components as you progress. (However, building muscle is important for longevity and bone health, so we recommend starting with the 7-week beginner workouts when you're ready.)

Can I do TRIM if I’m postpartum?Yes — No matter what delivery you had. We have a full postpartum track designed to help you safely rebuild strength, restore your deep core, and feel good in your body again — whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum. You’ll learn how to reconnect to your core through proper breathing, stability work, and smart progressions (not crunches or random ab workouts). There’s even a Breastfeeding Guide included to help you support your supply and adjust TRIM as needed.

Can I do TRIM if I’m in perimenopause or menopause?Yes — and TRIM now includes powerful support built just for this phase of life. We’ve added a full Perimenopause & Menopause Guide that shows you exactly how to adjust your macros, workouts, and recovery to support your hormones, metabolism, and energy levels. Your trainer will help you choose the right option for your body — no extremes, no guessing. We created this after watching so many TRIM women move into this stage of life and feel frustrated by what used to work. TRIM grows with you — and helps you feel strong, energized, and in control again.

Can I do TRIM if I’m vegetarian?Absolutely. TRIM includes vegetarian-friendly options in every meal plan. We’ve added full vegetarian recipes and grab-and-go snack lists labeled for high- and low-carb days — with macros included so you can easily swap items and stay on track. TRIM gives you structure and flexibility, so you can fuel your body in a way that fits your lifestyle — without feeling restricted.
