Instructions:

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients

  1. Add the honey or maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla extract, and the egg (or flax egg) to the mug. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 3: Microwave
