Beginner workouts for the beginner powerlifter from dumbbells to barbells. As you get stronger, the workouts will evolve through exercise variations and progressive overload as you reach your goals, one by one.

Meal plans, macro tracking, travel guides, workout tutorials, you name it! We have all the resources and tools to help you reach your goals.

At the end of the day, submit your daily intake and activity through the app. The next morning, your trainer will review your progress and provide personalized feedback. This will help keep you accountable and motivated!

Your trainer, Ashley, is an expert in powerlifting and weight loss. 

Ashley is a certified TRIM Trainer, and has over 6 years experience with powerlifting. 

She started out using light weights, just like you.  She worked her way up to lifting heavy, while doing it safely.  Since being a TRIM Trainer, she has curated the perfect nutrition to support women who lift heavy weights.
